The rules:- Cars must be 20 years of age or worth max. 2,000 €
- No motorways, no toll-roads, no navigation systems
- Max. 660 km per day
- Accomodation must be modest (cost less than 10 € per night per person)
The participants:
- 88 teams
- 250 cars
- 500 drivers
The prize:
- A camel! (Which, unfortunately, must stay in Jordan but can be visited any time by the "owner")
Additional tasks:
- Each team must bring a living tree and a big box full of children's clothes for an orphanage
- Further tasks are still secret and will be anounced during the rallye. We keep you posted on them!
